Emaar Beachfront is a luxury residential area that will be the crown jewel of the Dubai Harbour project, a large cruise port and marina located between Dubai Marina and Palm Jumeirah. Here an artificial island with a length of just over a kilometer is erected, where 27 high-rise residential complexes of modern design and a five-star skyscraper hotel will be built.
