About Al Warsan Second
Al Warsan (or Al Warisan) is a mixed-use area adjacent to the popular residential neighbourhood of International City. It is a relatively new development in the vicinity of Al Warqaa and Nad Al Sheba and is still undergoing construction. The community is further divided into four sub-districts named (I) to (IV). Predominantly industrial, the locality is mainly known for housing the Dubai Sewage and Treatment Plant. However, it has an evolving residential side, also growing in popularity.
